Length of appointments?
We will set aside 1 hour for your initial consultation for our doctors to gather a comprehensive history and formulate and plan for your care.

Subsequent appointments usually complete within half an hour, however if you feel you may require more time (or you have a number of issues to discuss) please let our staff know when making your booking and we will arrange it.

Medicare/Concession cards/Health funds
Part of your consultation with our doctors attracts a medicare rebate. Bring along your BSB and Account number and we will efficiently arrange for your rebate to be direct deposited to you.
Concession cards do not apply at our practice.

Talk to you personal health fund for any possible rebates from our GP’s as policies vary greatly.

Prescriptions
Our doctors are not in the practice of providing a script without a consultation for obvious medico-legal reasons. Please consider how long your current prescription will last as short-notice appointments are not always able to be accommodated. This applies especially in regards to travel plans.

Accessing Results
Generally our doctors will see you for a consultation to go our any results, unless you have been advised otherwise. None of our staff are at liberty to give results.

Do I need a referral?
As our doctors are General Practitioners with special interest areas, you do not require a referral to make an appointment.
